1. The definition of HD surveillance camera lens is different from ordinary lens

The resolution of the lens in the center of the imaging surface is the highest, and the image at the edge is relatively poor. While the center resolution can basically meet the sharpness of ordinary lenses, the sharpness of the edges will be reduced a lot, and the overall sharpness can meet the requirements of 440,000 pixels of ordinary cameras.

In fact, there are three key factors that determine the sharpness of the lens:

●Lens material and purity. The less impurities in the lens, the less interference light it produces, and the clearer the picture;

●The grinding precision of the lens. The grinding precision of the lens is determined by the grinding equipment. The current difference between domestic lenses and foreign lenses is reflected in this point;

●The coating precision of the lens. The precise control of the coating process is also one of the determinants of lens clarity.

In addition, the high-definition surveillance camera lens adopts aspherical lenses, which can reduce aberrations, and achieve a miniaturized design while improving the sharpness compared with ordinary lenses; through special optical design technology, the image quality from the center of the image to the peripheral part is achieved The high-resolution, high-contrast picture has a resolution that is about 2.5 times higher than that of a traditional lens, and it can still guarantee high picture quality even when the image is cut or zoomed in.

2. Different spectral transmittance

The spectral transmittance of the lens also contributes to the improvement of picture clarity. The transmission of wide-frequency light will greatly increase the amount of light received by the camera's target surface. It can enhance the contrast and brightness of the picture, and the details of the picture are more abundant.

3. The difference in spectral correction ability between HD surveillance camera lens and ordinary lens

Only the wide-spectrum transmission capability is far from enough for high-definition imaging. If the spectral correction capability of the lens is insufficient, it will make it impossible to accurately image some wavelengths of light on the camera target surface, resulting in virtual images. This kind of technology cannot be achieved by ordinary lenses through coating.
