Whether the power connector on the decoder board is plugged in

Whether the external power supply is connected properly, please try to replace the power supply to test whether the positive and negative of the camera power supply are connected reversely

The self-check can be done when the power is on, but the self-check action cannot be completely completed. Are the connecting wires in the bracket organized? Are there any connecting wires blocking the rotation of the dome camera?

Whether the location of the camera is properly installed, make sure that there is nothing blocking the camera when it rotates left and right up and down (please choose a suitable dome camera according to the camera + lens size) After the self-check, the dome will automatically rotate left and right.

Because the self-check has a memory function, it is in the automatic state before the infrared dome is powered off and then the dome is still in the automatic state after it is powered on. At this time, just use the software or keyboard to control the dome camera to cancel the automatic image flashing or no image.

Check if the video cable is properly connected and plugged in

Confirm whether the PB line (flat cable) is connected correctly and in place. If the PB line is damaged, please replace it in time

Cannot control the dome camera (direction, zoom, zoom)

Check whether there is a problem with the 485 line (socket, line). Replace the control equipment: DVR, dome debugging software, keyboard
