The installation of surveillance cameras:

1. Under the premise of the target range, the installation height: the installation height of the indoor camera is 2.5-4m, and the outdoor is 3.5-10m; the elevator car is installed on the top of the elevator car at the diagonal angle to the elevator manipulator. And the optical axis of the camera and the two walls and ceiling of the elevator form an angle of 45 degrees. After the cables are in place, power on all the surveillance cameras, check whether there are images, and solve the problem, and then install a fixed surveillance camera. If there is strong electricity in the environment, pay attention to the camera installation should be insulated and isolated from the ground to avoid interference.

2. If the high-definition surveillance camera is not integrated with infrared, try not to open the lens when moving or installing the surveillance camera. If necessary, lightning protection measures should be taken when monitoring outdoor installations. When installing the camera, it must be on a relatively firm wall or place. After installation, it can prevent the monitoring screen from shaking.

3. The debugging of the infrared light should be carried out at night. Adjust the position of the infrared lamp lighting at night through the display, and the cable from the surveillance camera should have a margin of about 1m so as not to affect the rotation of the surveillance camera. For the infrared integrated camera, try to avoid direct light source, because the infrared light power control is based on the photoresistor installed on the infrared light board to control whether the working power of the infrared light is turned on or not. The infrared camera’s field of view should try to avoid all black objects, open spaces, water and other objects that absorb infrared light. The infrared light of the CCD camera is used to reflect infrared light on the object to form an image on the CCD camera lens. If infrared light Being absorbed or weakened will weaken the effective illumination effect of the infrared lamp.

4. The working index of the infrared lamp must be guaranteed. For example, the power supply of the infrared lamp must be higher than the working power of the infrared lamp itself. The general power supply must reach 2A to ensure the normal operation of the infrared light at night. Be careful not to touch the lens with your hands during the installation process, and avoid staining the lens on the CCD target surface.

Installation of line department:

1. Video cable: The video cable of SYV75-3 generally transmits within 200 meters, 75-5 transmits within 400 meters, 75-7 can transmit 800 meters; the quality of CCTV coaxial cable is also important, RG59U, RG6 Both RG11 and RG11 require 100% copper core and 95% copper braided shielding layer. The maximum resistance of the circuit loop connection cannot exceed 15 ohms. When the distance exceeds 500 meters, it is necessary to consider the use of optical cable transmission. Power cord: Flame-retardant cables should be selected, and thicker ones should be used as much as possible to reduce the attenuation of the power supply. Control line: generally use shielded 2*1.0 cable, RVVP2*1.0.

Control equipment installation:

1. The installation position of the console and cabinet (rack) should meet the design requirements, and the installation should be stable and firm, easy to operate and maintain. The net distance between the back and the side of the cabinet should meet the maintenance requirements. All cables in the control room should be equipped with cable troughs and inlet holes according to the installation position of the equipment, arranged and bundled neatly, numbered, and have permanent marks.

2. The equipment of the working environment and security system of the control equipment must be installed in a clean air-conditioned room, and must be installed in a 19-inch rack. Appropriate space should be reserved between the equipment, and forced ventilation fans should be used.

3. Ensure that the live, neutral, and ground wires of the power supply in the monitoring room are connected in accordance with the specifications. When the monitoring central equipment (monitor, hard disk recorder, matrix, video distributor) is turned on, use the AC voltage file of a multimeter to measure the ground voltage of the above equipment casing and the video cable connector connected to the camera. The higher the voltage, the more likely it is to damage the video output of the camera. When the voltage is not zero, avoid plugging or unplugging the video cable when the power is on.
